At Commercial Uniform Center, we want our customers to understand clearly how returns and refunds are handled. This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through www.commercialuniformcenter.com.

Returns

Customers may initiate a return within 30 days from the date the order is received.

Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at (888) 364-0468 or support@commercialuniformcenter.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

RMA numbers are required for all returns and will be issued within 2 business days. Returned merchandise must include the applicable RMA number.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received, any eligible refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you do not see your refund within that timeframe after your return has been received and processed, please contact Customer Service.

If we are unable to process or fulfill an order that you have already paid for, we will refund any prior payment made for the affected item. Eligible refunds will be returned to the payment method originally used for the purchase.

Return Authorization

No return will be credited unless it is accompanied by a valid RMA number obtained from Customer Service.
